Reno Housing Bubble Location Based?

The front page of today's paper (RGJ) says, "Sales of new homes jump".
I blogged about Lennar having a tough time selling homes in Reno and as you can see, the RGJ article proves this,
"Lennar, which bought Reno-based developer Barker-Coleman last year, has seen strong sales in certain submarkets in south Reno and the North Valleys, but has had a more difficult time with its communities in Spanish Springs."The article goes on to say that the sale of homes in Washoe County went up during the first quarter of 2006.
