Reno Real Estate in Trouble!

I thought that it was a bad sign when I started to see Reno Builders posting ads on craigslist. This was a sign that the builders were no longer carrying long lists of eager buyers and they now had to resort to advertising their new homes. Well, now I'm seeing builders advertising for Reno Realtors to bring their clients to the new community. Is this a sign that the Reno Real Estate market is ready to bust, or are things just getting back to normal?
