I was in Foca, Turkey the other day and noticed that some good deals could be had in the 40K - 50K range. The picture below was taken from our balcony and was purchased 5 years ago for $7,000. The same flats are now selling for ~$45,000. That's quite an appreciation, but like Reno, the real estate market in Turkey is beginning to show signs of a bubble.
