Where in the hell is Trulia?

When searching google for the term, "Reno Real Estate" I expected to find my site Housing-Boom, but stumbled upon a site by the name of Trulia. I've never heard of the site, but it appears to be some sort of Zillow meets Google Maps mashup.
It appears to be in beta stage now, but go check it out-Trulia Reno

Looking for a home in Reno for under 7 grand? I'm sure that this is a typo, but check out the singlewide on craiglist selling for $6,500. Reno really covers both ends of the spectrum with this trailer on one and and then the Reno Villa for $1.5 mil. on the other. More signs of a reno bubble?

When you do a search for "Reno Real Estate Blog" on MSN, my site ranks #1. I've also noticed that I'm moving up the ranks in Google and Yahoo for the search term "Reno Real Estate Blog".

When I tell friends from out of state that Reno has quite a few million plus homes, they usually just laugh and ignore me. Reno does have quite a few 'luxury homes' and even 1.5 for a Villa isn't that bad when you consider there are buyers paying ~$400k for crappy little condos.
Check out the Spanish Villa in Caughlin Ranch.

I thought that it was a bad sign when I started to see Reno Builders posting ads on craigslist. This was a sign that the builders were no longer carrying long lists of eager buyers and they now had to resort to advertising their new homes. Well, now I'm seeing builders advertising for Reno Realtors to bring their clients to the new community. Is this a sign that the Reno Real Estate market is ready to bust, or are things just getting back to normal?

A lot of folks don't know, but you can go to the County's website and search for property information. You can view aerial photos, parcel information, etc.
Zoom into the area of concern and then click on the 'i' and click on the parcel that you want more information for.

Frequent readers to my Reno Real Estate Blog know that I make several posts about Reno Real Estate ads on Craigslist. I love to scour the site for unique, creative, or otherwise good deals on Reno homes. Within the last few weeks, I have seen quite a few more posts than usual. I think that there is definitely a trend now that the weather is nice. Now we are seeing all of those people waiting to cash in on their equity.
