More Big Bad Bubble News

More Housing Bubble news. The headline is, "Home Sales Fall in 38 States..."
Could it be that the only reason the Housing Bubble has not completely burst leaving interest only residue all over the sides of our mouths because the economy is still strong and jobs are on the rise?

Stuart Hoffman seems to think so,

"I think the permits numbers point to yet another flight of stairs down on housing before we hit the basement," he said. "On the other side, stocks are rising, consumer confidence is good and jobs are rising. Those factors are keeping this decline in housing contained."

    About me

Is there a Housing Bubble? Is Real Estate still a safe investment?
I don't have these answers, but I do have a whole lot of evidence that realtors are resorting to 'unusual' tactics to drum up business.
