More Housing Bubble news. The headline is, "Home Sales Fall in 38 States..."
Could it be that the only reason the Housing Bubble has not completely burst leaving interest only residue all over the sides of our mouths because the economy is still strong and jobs are on the rise?
Stuart Hoffman seems to think so,
"I think the permits numbers point to yet another flight of stairs down on housing before we hit the basement," he said. "On the other side, stocks are rising, consumer confidence is good and jobs are rising. Those factors are keeping this decline in housing contained."

Selling Homes on YouTube

This whole Realtor on YouTube thing just kills me. I see that fellow blogger Diane Cohn is now selling homes via YouTube - I just don't see this as something that potential home buyers want. I guess that being able to see a video of the house that you are interested in is a good thing, but it can obviously go to far. Case in point->

Another Web 2.0 Real Estate Mashup - Hotpads. It appears to be only for rentals, and for the foreseeable future you can list for free! Uh, there's only 4 places on there right now for Reno Rentals.
