I've dug up some more quality Housing Bubble sites. Some of these sites are city specific, while others just talk about the Real Estate Bubble in general.

Free Gun With Purchase of New Home

What the hell is this? I thought the free Hummer H2 incentive was bad, but this is getting crazy.

"A Texas real estate agent looking to add more bang to her business is offering clients in law enforcement a free Glock pistol if they buy a home from her."

I have to say that the Bros. build a pretty sweet house. I've been in a few of them and they make my houses seem inadequate. Well, they're having finance troubles. Here are the headlines,
"Toll Bros. 4Q profit down 44 percent"

And then there's this,
"A higher-than-expected number of buyers canceled their orders in the latest quarter and the company walked away from land it had optioned, or acquired a right to buy, amid the housing slowdown."

About me

Is there a Housing Bubble? Is Real Estate still a safe investment?
I don't have these answers, but I do have a whole lot of evidence that realtors are resorting to 'unusual' tactics to drum up business.
