CNN Money has a great article listing 6 strategies for surviving the Real Estate Bubble. The only problem I see is that most people who are screwed becuase of the bubble were in over their head. The CNN article basically warns buyers not to get in over their heads. Don't you think its a little bit too late for that.

Lower your expectations
Drive a hard bargain
Consider renting
Step away from the exotic mortgage
Shop for a rate drop
Keep an eye on your equity
