Great question.
Answer: I have no idea. I googled it - Still, no idea. It seems to me that being taken advantage of by a predatory lender should be synomous with 'sucker'.
Isn't it up to the buyer to pay attention to the type of deal that they are getting into.
I remember buying some car speakers out of a guy's trunk in a taco bell parking lot when I was 15. I paid way too much and the sperakers sucked - turns out that I was taken advantage of by a "Predatory Speaker Salesman".
