Hah! Yup, get used to these type of desperate measures. Maybe we’ll see a resurrection of the Pets.com sock puppet. He can come out saying “Good day to you! You may have thought I was dead but I was revived via a no-loan doc and I have funds for another years! Let me tell you how a sock puppet can purchase a $500,000 condo with no money down!” No money down used to be the thing of late night infomercials until Wells Fargo and WaMu started pimping these loans to the public.
