Home prices falling faster than the great depression.
"The latest S&P/Case-Shiller national house-price index, published this week, showed a slump of 14.1% in the year to the first quarter, the worst since the index began 20 years ago."Builder offering buy-one-get-one-free deals on new houses!
"We thought, Why does it just have to be on Pop Tarts and restaurants? Why not buy one home, get one free."
